Under this Privacy Notice, "Personal Data" means any information relating to a person that enables the identification of that person, whether directly or indirectly.
Thai Logistics Service collects your Personal Data that is provided by you, collected in the process of providing goods and services, provided by any third parties, or obtained from external sources. Your Personal Data to be collected includes but is not limited to the following:
Your name, surname, age, date of birth, job data, job position, signature, car license plate number, bank account data, photographs and videos of you, national identification card data, passport data, drivers license data, data in other types of identity document issued by a government (excluding the Sensitive Data), and any other data that is able to verify your identity (collectively, "Identity Data");
Your personal or business phone number, mobile number, fax number, address, and email address, as well as your social media profile (collectively, "Contact Data");
Your business transactions with Thai Logistics Service, agreement data, services or products purchased, contact history, company directors and shareholders, comments, questions, inquiries, feedback, or survey responses (collectively, "Business Transaction Data");
Your religion and blood type (collectively, "Sensitive Data"); and
Your IP address, cookies, web beacons, log, browser and devices data, surfing time, and log in data (collectively, "Cookies and Web Beacons Data").
In various situations, Thai Logistics Service does not intend to process your Sensitive Data. However, as the Sensitive Data is contained in several identity documents, e.g. national identification card, Thai Logistics Service may conceal or ask you to conceal the Sensitive Data contained in those documents so that Thai Logistics Service will not process the unnecessary Sensitive Data.
If you provide Thai Logistics Service with any Personal Data of other persons, you are obliged to ensure and warrant that you have the authority to do so in accordance with this Privacy Notice and such other persons have been informed of this Privacy Notice.
Thai Logistics Service's activities are generally not aimed at any person who is a minor. Your Identity Data, Contact Data, and Business Transaction Data are processed on Thai Logistics Service's legitimate interest basis in order to analyze and respond to your comments, questions, inquiries, or feedback, to provide you with information related to our products and services, to provide up-selling information or promotions, to contact for governmental purposes, and to provide other relevant information of terms and conditions or this Privacy Notice or other related documents to you.
Your Identity Data, Contact Data, and Business Transaction Data are processed on Thai Logistics Service's legitimate interest basis in order to manage and improve business operations, to conduct audits, to manage internal business compliance, to implement terms and conditions or this Privacy Notice or relevant documents, to conduct and analyze market research, to develop products and services, to analyze the efficiency of promotions and advertisements, to customize strategy, to analyze both online and offline communication channels, to enhance online security, and for other operational purposes.
Your Identity Data, Contact Data, and Business Transaction Data are processed on a legal obligation basis in order to act in accordance with Thai Logistics Service's legal obligations and rights under the applicable law, to establish or comply with or exercise or defend against legal claims in the future, and for other legal compliance purposes.
Your Identity Data, especially video of you as captured by CCTVs, are processed on Thai Logistics Service's legitimate interest basis in order to maintain security.
Your Sensitive Data as shown in your identity document may be processed with your consent in order to authenticate and verify your identity, and to keep as records and evidence.
Thai Logistics Service will retain your Personal Data for only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the Purposes. If a judicial action is initiated, your Personal Data may be retained until this action ends, including during any potential period for appeal, and will then be deleted or archived, as permitted by applicable law.
Thai Logistics Service implements the appropriate physical and electronic security measures in retaining your Personal Data and to prevent it from being accidentally lost, or used, accessed, damaged, destroyed, altered, or disclosed without authorization. The physical security measures include locked lockers and access-controlled premises. The electronic security measures include limited access-control and antivirus protection. Thai Logistics Service will also promptly take corrective actions upon the occurrence of a security incident.
For the Purposes above, Thai Logistics Service may disclose your Personal Data to our parent company, affiliates, subsidiary companies, group companies, business partners, service providers, IT solution, suppliers, customers, sub- contractors, external advisors, auditors, government agencies, or any other third parties, whether private or govermental. Thai Logistics will make our best effort to ensure that those who receive your Personal Data will have adequate personal data security standards according to the applicable law.
Thai Logistics may also disclose, share, or transfer any of your Personal Data if Thai Logistics Service sells or transfers all or a portion of our business or assets, including but not limited to in a merger, acquistion, amalgamation, or joint venture.
Thai Logistics Service may sometimes disclose, share, and transfer your Personal Data to locations outside Thailand where its personal data protection standards may be inferior to those under Thai laws, e.g. Japan, for the Purposes. You have the rights regarding your Personal Data as described below. Please contact Thai Logistics Service as provided in item 4 if you wish to exercise any of these rights. Thai Logistics Service may require you to prove your identity before complying with your request or exercise of rights in order to protect your own privacy and security.
You have the right to access or request copies of your Personal Data. Thai Logistics Service will only provide you with access to the Personal Data contained in the documents requested, and not to the full documents themselves.
You have the right to rectify your incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or out-of-date Personal Data.
You have the right to obtain your Personal Data you have given to Thai Logistics Service or to request the transfer of your Personal Data to any third parties if such Personal Data is processed with your consent or on a contractual basis.
